As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff, nice clean room, good bar and restraunt. - Staff were very helpful. I had trouble connecting my Mac to WiFi so a staff member let me use the receptions PC for internet use. A very large selection of items for breakfast. Queen size bed just for me.

A very good hotel located about 10-15minutes walk to the centre of hamburg. The room we were given was massive and also the bathroom and we also had a small balcony looking over the rooftops of hamburg. I sat there when we arrived, but unable the next day due to it raining. The breakfast was very good for the cost and staff very helpful and pleasant.
