  well-equipped room, quiet, easy to sleep, decent breakfast, at least 3 different tram lines within 1km radius, 24 hour access with key - Really nice place, with a nice staff behind it. Just 15min from Alexandreplatz, from de M4 Tram. Simple but good breakfeast.

  1. A localização. Apesar de não ser na área central da cidade, o acesso é excelente(10 minutos da Alexander Platz). Do aeroporto chega-se facilmente ao hotel, via ônibus e tram. Facilidades(restaurantes,internet,supermercado próximos). 2. As funcionárias da recepção, extremamente gentis e solícitas, fornecendo- me as informações que facil... o que as pessoas dizem » itaram a minha estadia em Berlim - good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. Easy to park your car in the street (for free) or at their small private parking. Am just back from a 4 day visit in this hotel and I can recommend it to everyone. Cheap priced hotel! - It was easy to go to the downtown by tram!

  Gostei muito do atendimento do hotel. Os funcionarios sempre a disposicao e muito atenciosos. - I think I liked everything! The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The decoration is awesome and it gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfort. The rooms are tidy,... o que as pessoas dizem » clean and well decorated. - Very friendly staff, nice facilities, room was very nicely done, felt like a hostel/hotel, we were in the comfort room which were en-suite and a very nice place to stay! Close links to the trains/metro etc.

  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... o que as pessoas dizem » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.
