  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague
