spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Очень новая гостиница. В хорошем месте - совсем близко к центу и когда идешь мимо ботанического сада по дороге бегают ёжики и кролики. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Еду в гостинице не пробовали, тк в Мюнхене полно мест где можно прекрасно покушать.
РЕКОМЕНДУЮ: берите номера с видом на двор - там очень тихо и уютно, вид на улицу более шумный (но в пределах разумного).

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area.
Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to
move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which

one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
