The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague
