  The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to EuropaPark.   very friendly, we really liked the personal touch an hospitallity. we really felt at home. clean rooms, clean toilet and bath room, even humidity towls present in the batheroom/toilet. even with kids its very nice and also very privat. - convenience of closeness to Europa park, great shower, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

  The room was rustically charming but in a modern way, wonderful colour schemes and the bathroom was large and modern (no bathtub but the shower was large) The woman who runs the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a simple but adequate spread of breads, fruit, cold meats, cereals, boiled eggs and preserves. On the Wifi it works if you sit in the middle of the couch and connect - then you can move around in the living room - but not to the bedroom. The apartment was cleaned well after we arrived. As always, plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and coffee. Owners are extremely nice. Check-in is early.
