Wonderful value for the money. For 80 euro a night we stayed in the
"new" building, and were pleasantly surprised when we opened
the door to our suite. The included breakfast was nice - wide selection
and great service. Lastly, the location was wonderful - away from the
"touristy" area, so we were able to enjoy Munich like the

excellent and very polite staff clean rooms. young friendly stuff working. comfort rooms. delicius breakfast one of the best lemon or chockolate cakes I have ever tasted. nice neighboorhood near to U station, univercity, galeries and historical center. excellent bar restaurands very close. A super market acrooss the street. I would love to stay there again!!

Very clean rooms equiped with everything you need. Located in a very quiet area. The staff is nice. Everything that you would expect for the price. -
Hotel was good shape clean and they gave rooms already 12:00 when we

Breakfast was included in the price and was a great treat. Many tasty pastries, meats, and cheeses, coffees and espresso.
Rosie was especially helpful with dining and shopping suggestions and directions.
The hotel was in a charming area with many local bars and restaurants and a short walk to Marienplatz and the biergartens. -

The Breakfast was really good, plenty of options. The room was what I expected and very clean. I had a small balcony, which was nice. Quiet stay.

Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a
great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. -
Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.
