When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... o que as pessoas dizem » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  Euro stars is in central location with easily accessible transport links. The staff from our arrival, we're professional, courteous and eager to pass on local knowledge, and happy to converse in German or English. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge bed, no less than you would expect. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

  localização - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. The hotel is a typical conference churner and the rooms very business oriented but very comfortable, good size and floor heating in the bathrooms! It was great value for money a... o que as pessoas dizem » nd we were very comfortable for the 2 night stay. - I stayed there for the marathon, and if I had to check out at standard 12.00, I'd have not been able to take a shower in the hotel after the race. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.
