  First, I liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to the Altstadt, Schloss and city center with tram line two blocks away. Second, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Great staff, clean hotel, modern design, large comfortable/updated rooms with great facilities and food was good. I would stay again if I returned to Heidelberg.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Honestly, I was not expecting it to be so good. Its modern, equipped, comfortable and the people are very humble. The food is awesome. if I have to rate this place, I would give it 5 on 5. I would recommend and go there myself.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great service. The roomswere simply perfect; clean, spacious and great value for money ....despite the exchange rate !!!! The location is so central it's perfectand we will be back. - Very friendly staff who were happy to help us with our every need.
