Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious,
however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we
could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money
especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn
stops close by. Would recommend -

Ended up having a longer stay there due to air travel problems and chose to
go back there rather than somewhere else

This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. Breakfast was awesome and extensive selection of food. Indoor pool was also wonderful. U-Bahn (subway) was a 1-2 minute walk. Secure and underground (the hotel) parking was convenient.

Room was nice and cosy. There was free wifi and free parking which is a plus in Hamburg. Room was clean. There were some takeaways nearby which was handy, since the on site restaurant was closed. -

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
