  The hotel is about 100 m from the train station and bus stop. Close to the old town, a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our room was modern and big enough for 2 people. The room was very clean, the bathroom, as well.   A pleasant enough hotel, further from Fussen than we had realised (about 8km) but in a pleasant rural setting on the main (but not busy) road. There is a reasonable restaurant attached - when we arrived an had to go into the restaurant to check in everyone was staring at us! We had an excellent 4 night stop here with large, well appointed bedroom with en suite. Balcony at the front overlooking the Weissensee Lake. Excellent waitress cover in the very busy restaurant below. Ideal for visiting Fussen for shopping etc and for sightseeing at nearby Neushwanstein Castle
