The shower is better than any other I have stayed, and the location is so convenient with Dresden's excellent tram system. You can purchase a beer or snacks in the corridor and pay at the check-out. There's a small shopping center just by the tram stop which has great food. There's a bakery with good coffee, and an excellent Vietnamese takeaway (or eat in.) I didn't have breakfast at the Weltcafe as I preferred to have a coffee and bun at the place mentioned above.
