  Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.   Ralph, the owner, is very friendly and highly professional. The apartment is in ideal location, just a few minutes by walking from the best area of Berlin, the KuDamm.   Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh ground coffee. The hotel is inside a courtyard so no noisy traffic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Lots of guide book(s) recommended good eating and interesting shopping places just 400 metres away, along the same street, around Boxhagner Plaz. Good quality cycle hire; a safe, comfortable and easy way - When we arrived, the hotel didn`t know about our booking. It wasn`t fully booked fortunately, so we had got an apartment much bigger than a double room we have booked and at the same price. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many restaurants nearby with a variety of food.
