  Everything! The location, whilst slightly away from the main sights was still only 10 minutes on the U-bahn. The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Berlin at Christmas is spectacular, the budget for decorations must be immense and for anyone who loves Christmas its a must. The apartment was very nice, clean and homely! The big plus for us was a private car parking space. Great location- only 10min to the city center by metro! I highly recommend the place, will for sure stay there again on our next visit to the city!

  Clean and modern room, in walking distance from Savigny Platz, which is a big advantage as it took us just a 30 min to get to Potsdam (direct line), great location in terms of shops, Tegel Airport (less than 20 min by a taxi), subway. Very friendly staff!   Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. (Exit washingtonplatz) 3 houses next to the hotel is Don Giovanni, a very cheap but good restaurant. Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all.
