This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. I can't say enough about the care and service Maria's staff give their guests, particularly the reception staff. The unit was extremely clean, quiet and comfortably appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Garching is a beautiful village and Munich is only a short U-bahn ride away. -
