This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. The room was very comfortable and very clean with all necessary things.The restaurant of the hotel was perfect with delicious bavarian kitchenand good prices.very close to the airport (15 min.). Eva helped me a lot during my stay and were very kind and friendly
receptionists. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location of
the hotel is perfect because its next to Erding train station which make
it very easy to go to Munich via train. I enjoyed my stay there

The location just accross the street from the S-bahn station is very
convenient. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was
very accomodating and helpful. Their most used English word was "of
course".

It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and nice and we had a nice buffet dinner there in the evening.. - Staff were brilliant-very helpful(Tina-trainee- and Matthias in particular) , breakfast was the best we had in our 8 weeks

The wonderful apartment had a lot of place, extra-comfortable beds andvery warm atmosphere. The premiere tv was included in room price andthis is a really good feature. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
