This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. Very well organised, close proximity to the airport, clean and spacious.
Excellent value for money. prices for drinks and food are slightly out of line with German (airport) prices. - The location, amenities, and staff were all excellent, We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect.
