Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent. The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.
