My wife had special food needs and Martina went out of her way to research the requirements on the computer and surprised her with a few alternatives she could eat.   Location, proximity to the grand square. Firm beds, small fridge, fast, free wifi, great shower. Quiet. Little kitchen area with kettle. - It was great to have a kettle in the room. Also, I loved. The hard bed--very comfortable for me.
