Location, proximity to the grand square. Firm beds, small fridge, fast, free wifi, great shower. Quiet. Little kitchen area with kettle.
It was great to have a kettle in the room. Also, I loved. The hard bed--very comfortable for me.

I had a nice room. Recently build. Clean. Spacious. Not special
but tasteful.
Breakfast is in a hotel/pension down the street but is nice. Good place, good food (you can choose from 5 different menus). I had to pay separate for this (4 euro). Very good value for money.
WiFi was good.
There is no classic reception but that is not a problem. They come when needed. Staff was ok.
Bell on front door is not so clear so make sure you can call them via a mobile phone.
The position is perfect as it is right into the city center.

The room was a bit chilly--I turned on the heating but the radiators actually didn't come on until late evening.
When I arrived I was standing in front of a closed door. There was someone who was staying there and opened the door for me. I made a call with the number I had of the penzion. There was not answer. The one who opened the door was so kind to call for me. 5 minutes later, the owner of the guesthouse was there and I got the key of the hotel room :-).
Managed to lock myself OUT of the bathroom for one night. Maybe my fault but annoying !.

Absolutely ask for a room away from the main street. There is not so
much traffic but there are old stones and cars make a lot of noise. You
cant sleep with the windows open.
The (modern) heating could but turned down but it did not have an effect: it stayed warm. I think this is a start-up problem. But check if it is fixed.
The blinds for the windows are not that great: my room stayed a bit light.
I was contacted by email by the staff few days before my arrival to know at which time I was supposed to arrive as they do not have a reception in loco. I communicated them my arrival time but when I arrived to the Pension no one from the staff was there!! Fortunately a guy I met there contacted the staff and asked them to take care about my booking. They showed up at the Pension 2 hours later!!
There isn't any breakfast included.
1. They made me pay in cash & I had to go atm to get Koruna before
moving in.
2. gave us only one key. so, if one of us went out, we had to lock the others in the room from the outside.
3. they were in the midst of remodeling the interior.
4. nobody on staff spoke any language but check. they got one of the men doing remodeling to translate into Russian for us, but no German or English.
