It was absolutely amazing to stay in this historical apartment in the
heart of Old Town of Dubrovnik. We were travelling by car from Zagreb
and arrived Dubrovnik at 11 pm with unplanned delay; our lovely host

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

We had the top floor apartment for 5 nights. We were greeted n arrival by Stanka. What a lovely woman and so hospitable and friendly. We just loved her. The apartment was spotless and everything you could have wanted was in the apartment. We were somewhat apprehensive after reading reviews of the noisy bar downstairs. We could hear it in the background on fri/sat night but it wasn't overpowering and was really just young people having fun. Loved the location and will definitely return again.

Nina, the owner was just the best! Very responsive to all my emails, etc. She even arranged a taxi to the airport at 4:30 a.m! The apartment was right in the center of old town Dubrovnik and was quaint, clean and great. Nina is totally reliable.

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.

It was very easy to find the apartment with the help of the tourist information booth outside the city wall. Villa Flores was on a quiet street one and a half blocks off the main street. The staff was more than accommodating and went out of there way to help us with a predicament outside the realm of the hotel. -

Lovely lady greeted us, she was very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The outside noise was quite loud at night being so close to stradun, but it should be expected for the location. Only complaint is the pillows being very uncomfortable, but other than that, good budget accommodation

1. The Apartment was RIGHT in the middle of the main square in the Old town. You can't beat the location. It was lovely to be able to stop off at home to drop bags, or change clothes.

Location, Location says it all, one minute from the water front on the flat in the center of the Old Town. We stayed in the double room it was clean, the bathroom was bigger then we expected with a bath / shower. The bed was built in solid and not squeaky, great sleep the whole time we were there. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.
