Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

We had the top floor apartment for 5 nights. We were greeted n arrival by Stanka. What a lovely woman and so hospitable and friendly. We just loved her. The apartment was spotless and everything you could have wanted was in the apartment. We were somewhat apprehensive after reading reviews of the noisy bar downstairs. We could hear it in the background on fri/sat night but it wasn't overpowering and was really just young people having fun. Loved the location and will definitely return again.

It is situated nearby the Main street (Stradun - Placa), but not loud. In comparison to the other croatian you should know that Dubrovnik is more expensive, so you get what you give. Late arrival is no problem, the can arrange a lift for anybody to bring you from to airport to your apartment anytime. -

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.

We loved this apartment. We stayed in the attic apartment on Fericeva street. The communication from the management before we arrived was excellent. It was very easy to find the apartment with the help of the tourist information booth outside the city wall. Villa Flores was on a quiet street one and a half blocks off the main street. Lovely lady greeted us, she was very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The outside noise was quite loud at night being so close to stradun, but it should be expected for the location. Only complaint is the pillows being very uncomfortable, but other than that, good budget accommodation

So many reasons why you should book this apartment :
1. The Apartment was RIGHT in the middle of the main square in the Old town. You can't beat the location. It was lovely to be able to stop off at home to drop bags, or change clothes.
2. it's HUGE.
3. It's clean.
4. It has AC, a kitchen, a living room, plus a bedroom. It was excellent value.

Location, Location says it all, one minute from the water front on the flat in the center of the Old Town. We stayed in the double room it was clean, the bathroom was bigger then we expected with a bath / shower. The bed was built in solid and not squeaky, great sleep the whole time we were there. The best thing of all, and I think a little known secret is the rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. My husband and I would go up there at the end of 2 hot and sweaty days, and it was the perfect place to watch the sun set and the swallows swoop over that beautiful ancient city. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.
