Puerto Escondida B&B is a great place to stay in Valparaiso. It's out of the chaos of the busy port and up in the hills of the mostly lovely little area. Puerta Escondida is a great place to go to. The rooms are nicely decorated with a good and clean bathroom. The living room and where we had breakfast are breathing an extremely positive atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and prepared by our host Andres who is an extremely nice guy. Whatever we needed or wanted to know, he was of great help! Highly recommendable!

Excelente atendimento. Logo no primeiro dia recebi um mapa com indicação do que e como fazer na cidade, os quartos estão ao lado de um deck com uma vista sensacional e se necessário existe lavanderia. Além disso o café da manhã, se comparado aos outros lugares por onde passei, é justo. -

Ulises, the owner, was the most helpful person I have ever met! My boyfriend and I were driving to Camila 109 and we got a flat tire on the way. When we arrived, Ulises helped us with the repair every step of the way.
Flat tires aside, the view was spectacular and the breakfast on the patio was the best way to start a day of exploring Valparaíso

Valparaiso is a must see place and the owner Ulises gave perfect advice to approach it - sights, restaurants, ... We had the best room of this beautiful small house, large enough and great view over the city and bay. Other rooms are much smaller but everybody has great views from the lobby and terrace. Great breakfast. Good WiFi.

Very homely, clean and comfortable hostel. The hostal is located behind the main street at Cerro Alegre - quiet yet accessible to the main area. Lovely hosts, Marcela & Nachos. They are always ready to offer help and advice when needed. Nice and simple breakfast. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

My room overlooking the garden was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to from bus station. The breakfast is very good so much it's impossible to finish. -

Amazing staff, very talkative and genuinely interested in their guests having a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe stay. The owners are a wonderful older couple who visit while they make your breakfast - great fresh coffee :) And Victoria was also very welcoming. Location very good - on Cerro Concepción, so close to great restaurants and sights, but located in an alley off the main street, so a little quieter at night. LOVED my stay - lovely space and design - cant say enough good things about it

This was our most expensive hotel (of 3) in south america, and yet still a "good" deal. We had some well priced hotels in santiago and buenos aires but they didnt have these features( hot buffet breakfast , large rooms and baths). For those who want a good hotel, this would meet your needs. Good features. Location was an easy walk to most places

We stayed here for three nights at the end of a six week holiday. It was great to stay at such a lovely clean place with fantastic views. The staff working there were extremely helpful giving us detailed advise on what buses to catch to get to where we needed to go. I would highly recommend.
