Adorei. A localização é ótima. Muito Lindo. Acomodações são ótimas com amplo espaço. Decoração ao estilo palácio. Cheguei as 06:00 da manhã e meu "check in" seria somente a tarde, mas deixaram eu me acomodar no quarto na mesma hora e me deram o café da manhã. Serviço e atenção foram de primeira categoria.

The room was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.
The shared kitchen facilities were excellent and the area was spotlessly clean.
Buffet breakfast was adequate of juice, cereal, yoghurt, bread, cheese, ham, pastries and tea & coffee.
The hostel is located in a quiet area and about a 15min walk from town centre. The staff were very helpful even with their limited English and our limited Spanish. Overall very satisfactory.

We found the rooms very comfortable and warm with a good bathroom, excellent wi fi and good breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful in spite of our poor Spanish and there was generally someone with good English to help with car hire, parking etc. Excellent value for money and a great location in the centre of town.

I stayed at Quillango twice because it has a very good location (only a few minutes by foot to Buses Fernandes for Puerto Natales), the owner & staff are very keen on making your stay as pleasant as possible and the rooms are bright, new and comfortable. They are well equipped in case you want to prepare some food for yourself. Ordering taxis through the reception (to the ferry dock, to the airport) always worked perfectly well. And the price for this is very fair.
