Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. The staff were the best hat we have encountered during our tour of South
America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after
us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry
juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of
the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk.
The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of
bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.

Just had a lovely three day stay at the Don Santiago. The hotel is a
charming, small hotel. The rooms are small but functional and clean.
Nice bathrooms, free wifi, safe in the wardrobe, and plenty of hangers
for your clothes. Breakfast was a small buffet type but there was enough

Although we have arrived early morning the room was ready for us. The hostes was very kind and offered a nice brackfast although we weren'tventitle for it.
The location is very good and it just near to the finish point of the "Santego free tour "
When we have asked a computer or iron we immediatly had a positive answer.

Hotel Vegas is an old hotel in a very convenient location. WIFI was much better than in some of the more modern places I stayed in Chile. Breakfast is OK, staff is very friendly, I would stay here again. -
Very friendly and helpful staff, charming atmosphere, comfy, free cable TV and wifi. Free breakfast is not amazing, but serves its purpose :)

23/jan/2013. Este Hotel está localizado no centro velho a duas
quadras da Estação de metrô Moneda, ficamos no quarto 721 (uma dica
importante os andares 4º, 5º e 7º estão reformados), excelente quarto,
cama enorme, ar, duas cadeiras, escrivaninha para notebook, banheiro
grande com bom chuveiro,

We need a one night sleep in Santiago between two flight - price was
good. But we spent $70+ on taxi to/from airport, which made the
choice senseless. If you want to stay in Santiago it can be an ok choice
