  We chose this hotel as we had stayed here before and it's excellent location just a short walk from the main terminal building was ideal after a long overnight flight from Auckland. The receptionist was very welcoming and did her best to get as a room as we arrived quite early. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice. Our room was clean and comf - It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there. A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes. Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours.

  The hotel had free shuttle from airport and back to airport. It also has complimentary breakfast, which was good for me. Accommodations were good and comfortable. I had a very good night's rest which left me refreshed. There are a number of facilities available within the hotel. I might not have used them but it was good to see they were available... o que as pessoas dizem » . Also use of the internet was free! Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if staying overnight to make a connection. - The location from the airport is excellent and costs half of what the hotel at the airport does. It's exactly 5 minutes by car and the transfer is free. The room was large and comfortable with two big beds. The business centre even allows free printing, something I haven't seen before. The staff were accommodating and flexible with check-out ( normal check-out is at noon, which is already generous).

  After a long journey and not having a visa and just a small run in with the Customs people, when we arrived in Santiago it was more than a pleasant surprise to be greeted with the friendliness of the staff at the Garden Inn. We cannot praise the staff enough for what they achieved for us in the short time that we were there. We would gladly give any re - We found the room very comfortable. Bed sheets, mattress pillows best quality out of all hotels in Sth America. Sound proof. Shower head excellent. Front desk staff member was on his own and handled the situation professionally but it did mean waiting to check in for 10 minutes. It was 9.30 pm.

  Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. The staff is very helpful, no problem to arrange a taxi transpo... o que as pessoas dizem » rtation to airport (early morning). - I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

But we spent $70+ on taxi to/from airport, which made the choice senseless. If you want to stay in Santiago it can be an ok choice
