Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Danny and his staff were wonderful, very friendly and made up feel so comfortable and welcoming. O Canada is a beautiful old timber house in a great area of Vancouver and it is fitted out with gorgeous period furniture. The house does have a history which is also fascinating. We had the top room which required a few stairs to be climbed. Breakfast was hearty and filling, organic eggs, yoghurt and fresh orange juice. A real gem and we would recommend O Canada to anyone.

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

From start to finish staff were attentive and engaging. The B&B experience was all that one might wish, excellent food and even better company from the other guests. The amenities included evening sherry, turn-down treats, and homemade pastries. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do during our stay in Vancouver.

appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared

were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
