Proximity to Stanley Park as well as downtown was ideal. Since we
didn't have a car, we walked everywhere. Safeway is just a few
blocks away making it easy to walk to our place with groceries.
It's a beautiful, safe neighborhood as well. Also, we had an
simple maintenance issue and once reported, the staff had it fixed in
just a few minutes. Friendly, helpful staff. I would absolutely stay
here again.

I will definitely be back to Lord Stanley Suites next time I come again to Vancouver. Everything was so good. Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Lord Stanley Suites. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David who has become a buddy to my 5 yr old son. My son wont forget the high fives he did with David. We r in victoria right now and we miss Lord Stanley Suites very much. We'll definetely be back there!

and well kept. It's close proximity to Stanley Park was what
initially caught our eye and we weren't disappointed. The staff was
most accommodating...allowing us to check in early...(we had a very
tired child with us) It is exactly as advertised...it's not your high-
end, corporate hotel...so it suited us perfectly!! Some tranquility in

The staff was outstanding. When we arrived it was warm for Vancouver. We decided to cancel our reservation and get a room with A/C. The manager was very understanding and offered us a larger room with more windows for the same price.

Sam at the front desk was wonderful! Smiling, calm and attentive. Upgraded us to a lovely, large room with plenty of windows. Admitted that parking was a challenge, and then found us a nice little spot on the grass. Kindly thought of restaurants we might like after asking our preferences. We never moved our car...walked to Stanley Park, all ends of the city, and finally at the restaurants close to the hotel. Lovely!

the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was

Having the little kitchen was great as was having a dining table to spread out our maps etc and to eat at! The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and soaps etc. There was a good supply of tea and coffee and you could top it up from reception where there was also a free coffee machine - great when you come in from a long day sightseeing. beach is just a few minutes walk and you can join in with all the
Canadians out walking, jogging, riding bike (plenty available to rent).
Granville island markets are accessible too from a close by ferry for
$3.50 and buses no 5 and 6 to downtown stop outside the door. For $2.75
we caught the no 6 bus to the sky train that took us out to the airport
in 45 mins. Saved heaps in taxi fairs and was easy. Great affordable
place
