Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

this hotel is close to shops, restaurants, Costco, Willowbrook Mall, banks, Winner's, and more important, close to our friends/family who live in Langley. Staff is great at this hotel, especially front desk Alfie and Nadia in Moxie's Grill. Thank You!
I also like the fact that this hotel is entirely NO SMOKING since this is one of the biggest triggers for my asthma.

Luxurious beds, terrific shower + a great breakfast in the morning. It was so clean, quiet and comfortable I didn't want to go home. As a bonus there are lots of handy amenities within easy walking distance (restaurants, grocery, bank, drugstore).

We love your setting of tropical plants and fountains, your jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Dining on the patio of the restaurant feels like being outdoors in some exotic location. The food is always delicious and so are the drinks.

Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time -

The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site. The food was excellent!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating after we missed our first night due to a flight cancellation. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast selection. The location is not the greatest part of Langley, but very close to T.WU., good shopping and lots of excellent hiking. The Tim Horton's next door is a bonus! -

The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. We enjoyed the quiet stay, the included breakfast, the comfortable, modern and spacious room. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. were very comfortable and maid service excellent.
