Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air.
Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. Great (FREE) parking, storage for skis/snowboards, good location right on a chairlift. This would be a great place to stay in the winter

We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

I loved that the hotel was clean and very kid-friendly. The outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful and minutes walk from the Beach! The outdoor movie night was a real treat for our daughter. The breakfast was very good quality. BBQ area was terrific as well! -

Freshness of facilitie...felt new. Liked the privacy of the parking lot. Felt very safe there...as in went for walk to Mcdonalds a few blocks away. after talking to front desk guy. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.

Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.
