When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I had the White Room / Apartment which gave me my own kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and lounge. It was spacious, relaxed, and very much a home-from-home. When two friends were left without a hotel for their stay (they arrived to find their booked hotel was no longer operational) Mme Zenasni was very accommodating in allowing me to add the extra people to my room.

You'll have the whole top floor to yourself - bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. All very well equipped and comfy. Wonderful breakfast is served in the cosy basement with a log fire burning. The house is very close to the centre even if it is a bit away... you just have to cross the ring road and you are there. Will stay again for sure... :-)

The appartment was located right in the city center of Bruges, only a few minutes walk to the main square. The appartment was modern with very good facilities, and with a lot of space for 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, plus a big living room and kitchen). The appartment building is "unmanned", but it is a very convenient and safe system for key delivery (locker with code).
