The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

  O hotel conta com um café da manhã extraordinario embora não estivesse incluido na diaria - I spent two nights at Hotel Rosenvilla, and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Service was impeccable, and Stephanie warrants special mention for having assisted me in finding the hotel, to the point she actually drove to meet me and lead me there ... o que as pessoas dizem » (how humiliating!). The hotel is outside the old town of Salzburg, and there is bus stop a 2-minute walk away which either takes you to the old town, or connects up with other buses. The parking is somewhat limited, but never caused me a probl - The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

  This is our second time at this Hotel but the last time, they were full (December 2005) and we had not booked!) but they kindly let us stay with their Aunt who lives in a house in the grounds. It is totally family run and they are such nice people. Very friendly, helpful and the Breakfast was great. The Bacon & eggs were superb plus a buffet o... o que as pessoas dizem » f cold collations. The evening meal was just as good, great value and real Austrian, local menu and produce. Very rustic, pine and typically Tyrolean. - The hotel was lovely, beautiful gardens and pool. It was very well maintained and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed 2 great meals in the restaurant. We appreciated the setting slightly out of Salzburg.
