Jenny was very kind, very helpful, and very respectful. I had arrived within an hour of booking after suffering an unfortunate incident on the road and she couldn't have been any more supportive. We stayed here to be just outside lakes entrance as its only about a 20 min drive, only stayed 2 nights, good place to sleep at night, the facilities were more than sufficient for our needs, friendly staff and free wifi :)

The staff were helpful, outgoing and friendly, and couldn't do enough to help us! I loved that they phoned to find out when we would be arriving, and to confirm our stay.
We also LOVE spending time in Melbourne. There is so much to do and discover. We had an opportunity this trip to explore around the appartments, which is somewhere we had never been before, as we have previously only stayed in the CBD. That was fun.

On arrival at Dreamers you are welcomed into the town of Mt Beauty by lovely staff. Staying in the Snowgums Chalet that had an outdoor spa which was secluded from the other chalets looking out at snow capped mountains was stunning.
