The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. -

Coffee on arrival ... just the thought is what mattered, but the smell and the taste were wonderful (attention to fine detail). After a long drive, it was most welcome and almost a hand of friendship. On opening the door to the room I felt comfortable ... first impression for me really matters ...... by the way, the coffee was then delivered to my room by my host.

The location was great-2 blocks to the beach and lots of restaurants, stores, walking paths, markets and transit. We were in town for a wedding and rented a 3 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit. The 3 bedroom unit had 2 large corner wrap around decks. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and appliances were all good. The units were very clean

The room was spacious with front and back doors. Back door led to grassed area beside Mehi River. 2 artesian spas and 1 swimming pool were just perfect for relaxing. We did not have to venture away to have the artesian experience. The restaurant was very good. The food was outstanding. The staff were also outstanding - we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem.

The owner was a very friendly and helpful man. He showed us to our room and even offered to help us with the heavy case. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our microwave meal and breakfast next morning. The location is great, only a minute's drive from the bay and shops. The manager was extremely friendly. Called up to remind us about the closing times. Offered a discount coupon on one of the cruises. A bit old fashioned but wouldn't put that as a negative since they are charging less and allowed a 1 night stay. Probably wouldn't stay there again but if anyone is looking for a budget hotel would definitely recommend them.

Simply everything. It has been one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. The staff is just friendly and efficient in getting you reservations etc. The rooms are very good with a great BOSE and Apple audio system to feel over relaxed.
