The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. The breakfast buffet is pretty darn good too! -

We absolutely loved the location, the room was so comfortable, the bed was one of the best we have slept in in a while. The bathroom is beautiful and loved the spa bath, the pool area was awesome. Very impressive right from the first appearance. New, modern looking from the outside and a great location near to everything in town. Reception staff member (sorry I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Likewise the staff on checkout were the same. Stayed on fifth floor with a great view over the river. The room was great and spa excellent.

I liked the very spacious room, very clean, nicely decorated with tea and coffee facilities including a fridge. The room and bathroom were spotless. I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings although the place is near the Newell Hway, no sounds of cars could be heard from inside the room. The cooked breakfast was delicious. It was real value for money.

As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel.
There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift.
The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival.

Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop
