very quiet even that it was near a miain road and roundabout. very modern with quality fittings. amazing pool / spa area. service of room very good. staff very friendly and attentive. well stocked mini bar/ tea / coffee etc . good reception on tv. the clean modern rooms with everthing working in them the kitchenette was well equiped just like the mini bar fresh air from the atrium ,great design , big screen television , the silo bar had great meals and great staff.

Staff, location. 1.clean 2. spacious. no flyscreen door to balcony. nothing i could find negative about the property. - The restaurant is very poor, the decor is horrific and with absolutely no personality at all. I was meant to dine there with my family, but cancelled the booking after I had breakfast in there. It gave me the chills.. - the breakfast quality is poor, meaning the quality of food. I will certainly not buy breakfast included next time. My partner got indigestion from the eggs benedict. - you need gym facilities. Nothing. Mini bar prices were some of the most expensive I have encountered anywhere, I can accept high prices for chocs and snacks, but $8.00 for a 1.5 litre bottle of Australian Coolridge spring water is a bit rich! Shower height not adjustable, not a big deal, but annoying if you're not a tall person. had to go home :). Nothing. Single bed small - king single better set up. nothing. Noise and thumping from the other young guest6s that attended the festival. Nothing bad to say. Insufficient basement parking. Room was not serviced on Anzac Day. This wasn't a major problem, but it would have been good to know before we put all the towels in the shower so we could get fresh ones. Bath was filthy dirty, soap scum ring around it. Lovely modern room and bathroom, pity it wasn't cleaned!. There is no wifi access in room, the cell phone signal was very bad. The spa did not open!. We were not told until we tried to order room service at 8pm that because the restaurant was fully booked there was no dinner room service. This was remedied after our complaint - but only a limited choice of meals (all in the $40 each range) was offered. Spa bath did not work. Reception not very helpful during check in, 'get in and leave me alone attitude'. Water from the cold water taps was always warm to hot. Plumbing in the hotel must be atrocious. Also, the standard of room was over priced. 1. In the first photo of the property, only the brown colour building in the middle is mantra's. rest all the tall buildings belong to some other apartments. so it gives a wrong impression that guests may get beach view. Mantra got few rooms with partial view of Combana bay though. 2. No Wi-fi 3. No DVD Player 4. Noisy: the day we reached, was raining heavily whole night.. we felt like the whole room is shaking... 5. mini bar, room service a bit expensive. it would have been good if they had vacuumed the floor, made the bed properly, put a light bulb in the bedside lamp and cleaned the bathroom basin. Also we were locked out one morning because security hadn't opened the door. They put me in a room for disable guests, the bed was uncomfortable and I always find it very noisy. The walls appear to be paper thin and other guests are not overly considerate. 2 nd time I stayed here and 1st time I complained about the noise 2 nd time put a disable room, room service delivered incorrect dinner and still very noisy.
