Friendlyness of the Staff, especially Robine @ Reception. The meals were very nice, & grate value 4 money. Overall one of the better motels we have stayed at. In fact on our return from Albany 2 Perth we r stay a second time. The staff were helpful the room was clean. The evening meal was very good. Your hotel did all we asked of it and thought it was good value. The staffare friendly and efficient. The food excellent. Room clean nd confortable. Pleasant place to stay if one must be in Bunbury.

The room was spacious, and we had two comfortable armchairs. Also it was great having the free-to-air and also foxtel channels. only stayed overnight, but was impressed with the service and the accommodation. The breakfast on Tuesday morning was awesome!. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the general appearance was pretty good. Handy Location, Comfortable, Quiet, Clean, Good Facilities, Easy Parking and Accessability. friendly, clean and well maintained nothing was a problem have already booked again. my wife and I enjoyed the well laid out room and the cleanllyness of the motel. I was a little disapointed when I arrived on Monday afternoon to find the restaurant closed on Mondays, I was looking forward to a relaxing evening and a glass of wine. I got the impression from the website that there was a restaurant that we could use within the complex on the weekends. As it was closed this really let it down for me. The access to foxtel tv could do with more instructions. Our phone did not work. No Comment. Not much to dislike. Had a few problems with the aircon but that was all. I think it mentioned there was a pool but I couldn't see one. We had to leave early. Noisy air conditioning unit. Room not serviced on Sunday during four night stay yet rates were the same. Not impressed with this situation. Condiments ie biscuits etc not replaced. A bit noisy. the noise!!. They gave me a room near the road,it was very noisy,the room was full of dust.when i arrived the lady who allocated me the room did not even greet me. Beds really uncomfortable. Room was definitely not disability friendly. There should have been hand rails in the shower recess and beside toilet. Spoons for tea/coffee were sticky and not clean. Bathroom & shower floor was extremely slippery. There was a problem with water condensation on the windows as exhaust fan in bathroom not efficient enough.
