Room was clean and everything operated well. It appears the property is undergoing some updating and renovation...but it didn't interfere with our stay. Great value in an in-demand location between Novi/Northville and Farmington Hills. -

We had the 2 bedroom suite. We loved that it was 2 levels and the kids could be upstairs with their own bathroom. The suite was as nicer than some apartments, I've lived in. I loved the full kitchen. It was a big help during our 1 week stay for feeding our 2 and 3 year old. They had a decent breakfast every morning with good hours and offered food

Very friendly staff. Very accomodating to my every need. They went the extra distance to ensure that l could get to my meetings on time.
The cleaning person for my room was by far the nicest and most thorough cleaner that I have had in my travels

The location was amazing - just a few minutes walk to downtown, Mackinac Island Ferries, and Colonial Michilimackinac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very comfy bed! Breakfast was sufficient. Pool area was nice as well. -

We always stay in the Microtel suites because the rooms are relatively spacious, comfortable, well lighted and have plenty of horizontal surfaces for setting things. The parking lot was well lighted and looked safe. -

The motel is dated, but the rooms are clean and the air conditioning has been updated and works great. All the staff I had contact with over four days were simply EXCELLENT! Continental breakfast was very adequate. Motel is very close to the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti route 4 bus route, which takes you right downtown, and the UM campus.

We have stayed at the Baymont several times now and have not had any complaints as of yet. The rooms are of adequate size. The added Coffee Pot, Refrigerator, and Microwave in each room is a huge bonus for us. The breakfast is always timely and Hot/Cold according to what they're serving and filling. Pool and Spa area is always clean. -
