Very friendly staff!! I was checked in very quickly, room was spacious, clean and quiet. This was booked for the night before my wedding. Breakfast was great, although extremely crowded. I loved how friendly the staff was! We were staying at the hotel for a wedding & they were so helpful with anything we needed. The suites were clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! It was right by the highway, which was very convenient.

The accommodations were clean, roomy and as advertised. It was quiet for

The people at the Front Desk were beyond respectful. The beds were so

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The rooms were large with not a lot of clutter. Location is wonderful as there are plenty of restaurants around including an Old Country Buffet, Dunkin Donuts and Tim Hortons. -

I was impressed with the location, cleanliness. the staff person and the overall "feel" of the room. I was in town for a brief time to attend a volunteer training seminar and due to the comfort I felt being at this hotel, I wish I would have booked for two nights.

Location is awesome. Right next to a large Meijers store. This was a stop over for us, we were travelling north. Staff are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the pool. This makes for a great relax time after a day of travelling.

During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. My husband and I both were very impressed with her and said if we ever needed to stay at a hotel in Grand Rapids again, we would stay at this hotel. -

We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful. A lot of work has gone into updating it, but also keeping it's charm. -

If I ever go to Houghton again I would definitely stay there. I loved everything about it. The staff was superb, rooms clean. They offer you free breakfast and drinks daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The view is beautiful too over looking the water/mountains & walking distance to shopping & restaurants. -

We were late checking in as we were travelling from Niagara enroute Chicago and had suddenly changed plans to make a stopover at Cedar Point. The front desk staff was available to service us. She even upgraded us to a 4 double bed room so that the kids won't have to sleep on a sofa cum bed. Recommended us to use the facilities in the hotel such as

The location was perfect . It was a short distance fromCedar point, great dining, Seneca caverns, safari park and the beach. The hotel was clean with friendly staff and comfortable beds. I would bring my family there again.
