We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. The roof top was awesome, good views of the area and you could see the hollywood sign. The pool is not a huge pool but its very nice and modern. The restaurant makes very strong and delicious cocktails which was a treat in the afternoons. We had some food for breakfast and lunch there and it was good. The service was awesome as well.

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -
