  The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

  The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we felt very at home....there was a wonderful smell of fresh lillies and the check-in was very efficient and courteous. We had forgotten our padlock key to our suitcase but it wasn't a problem as one of the staff came up to our room with a pair or bolt cutters! I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker. there is also a microwave, a small refrigerator, sink and utensils for morning coffee if you want to sleep late and not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
