I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

  Lovely hotel-big room really quiet (don't hear other guests) & hardly hear traffic. Super comfortable beds. Great choice for downtown as away from the noise of Bars etc & traffic and close enough to walk. We stayed 9 nites here in total -left another hotel & came back here.
