I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

dobre położenie , obsługa , klimat - I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Incredible restaurant and bar and extremely friendly staff, My best stay in New York ever. - Ideal location. Amazing interior design. Beautiful-smily-helpful personnel. Very good suite. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.
