Friendly and helpful front desk staff, including the concierge. Excellent location to many attractions and eateries. Interactive map of city and other factual information on big LED screen in lobby were a great self help tool. Clean and adequate sized rooms (we had 3 in our party). -

I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Incredible restaurant and bar and extremely friendly staff, My best stay in New York ever. - Ideal location. Amazing interior design. Beautiful-smily-helpful personnel. Very good suite. Comfortable bed. Luxurious bedding.

This is my second time staying there and I will definitely go there again. This Hotel is so convenient to everything around Times Square and that's where I wanted to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I
was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or
for a special trip with friends. Service was above & beyond from the

My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in
the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping,

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013.
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

The location is incredible! It is one block round the corned from Grand Central Station and just a very short walk to the Public library and Bryant Park, the Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. From our window we looked right at the Chrysler Building wich is also on a few short blocks away.

Celebrated an anniversary with the wife. We live in Long Island so we
