  The receptionists Carla, Martha and Kailin, (I hope I spelled the latter's name correctly) were marvelous. So efficient on check-in and providing a cozy and yummy breakfast. Breakfast included fresh waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, cream cheese and jams. Wow! Carla is a very conscientious manager of the hotel. The hotel has access to the lakefront and lots of f - Very helpful staff: helped changing our booking for no cost, helped finding some places in the area, checked-in early etc. very clean room and fully equipped bathroom. Cosy. Warm enough. Convenient location, easy to find. The snowsummit resort is 5 minutes drive from the place; as well as the village (place with restaurants and shops, theatre). The restaurant at the hotel is on the lake side, probably very beautiful in summer. And, finally, across the road - one of the best sushi we've tried in

  We liked the quietness of the hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we were asked how we would like to have our eggs prepared...very good service! - Great breakfast,nice staff and Sarah (I think) the maid was super nice-let her know, please.
