  Mostly the stuff, I have forgotten my toiletry's so they have mailed them overnight to Los Angeles. They were also very helpful and kind regarding the reservation and give us directions for everything we have asked. With love Tatyana and Martin - Our room was clean, new carpet and and bath.   The front desk team were so nice and accommodating. One of the men, Rick, was so kind he helped me out of a very difficult problem and I was able to stay a second night there as I was stranded. They are tops in my book and there aren't many hotels in Big Bear Lake to choose from but based alone on the staff I highly recommend it.
