Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

Very modern room decor and comfortable furnishings. The
indoor/outdoor pool area is beautiful! The proximity to the airport,
and the fact that they offer a free shuttle service, makes this a great
place for those wanting to stay near the airport. Plenty of restaurants

The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to
help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to
do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed
would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra
charge. She did not have to do this. I was so impressed with h

The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. The beds were extremely comfortable...the continental breakfasts were nice...the pool and hot tub were fun...and the location was extremely convenient to Wet-N-Wild and other Orlando attractions. -

Is the best price benefit option, is very close to the amusement parks, to universal and they have a scheduled shuttle to disney parks. Also there is a block near restaurants and stores, with good prices.

Large room with comfy beds, a very nice shower, big tv and a locker. The
cleaning ladies did a wonderful job every day. Fairly close to Universal
Studios (purpose of the trip) and there's a shuttle available that
runs in the morning and at night. After the first day we decided to walk
to the park though, as it's only about 25 min on foot. The Lynx bus
from the airport stops right at the door, which is great! The I-Drive
has a lot to offer, just don't go to the World's Largest
McDonald'S.
