Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

The hotel was gorgeous & the staff were amazing. We dined at several of the restaurants and the food was very good beware however as the portions are rather big. We will definitely stay there again.

We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
One of the rooms wasn't ready, but we only waited a short time and were called when it was available. There were plenty of dinning options while we waited. I would stay there a

I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to
Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made
me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside

We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!

EAsy check in and out, nice people working there, business center and free printing of airline tickets and park tickets, fridge and microwave in the room, comfy bed and pilows, pools and on-site store, access to sites, walking trail and view of lake, free washer and dryer in certain buildings, easy parking, location and access to airport, setting is really nicely laid out. I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -
