We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside. The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!
