Dubai Hotele

I have just got back from the hotel after spending 5 days there with my family, including my 8 month old granddaughter. It was my 3rd time at the hotel and once again everything from the staff, rooms , service and food was perfect. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxed as possible.A great hotel and we will be returning next year with the rest of our family.I must add that it is the only hotel I have ever returned to and I have been fortunate enough to - David

Visited the hotel for a week for a family holiday end February 2009. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Jumeirah Beach / Palm Jumeirah and 5 minutes from Emirates Mall, in a business area next to Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Barsha, an area that is still heavily under construction. We stayed in a 3-bedroom family suite on the 7th floor. The sounds from the construction work around the hotel did not disturb inside. Very good location & facilities. They arranged alternative pool facilities at wonderful Country Club as theirs was under going maintenance. Very good value - David

The apartment is magnificient , spacious big rooms, clean, tidy & we had never experienced such a incredible service before.The thing we like the most is the lovely aroma of Roses in corridors.Friendly staff make us feel more comfortable.More over the apartment is just a minute walk from Burjuman shopping center.Easy acess to all Routes. We had a wonderful time. Defenately for our next visit in December 2008 we will stay here. - John

Well located good residence close to Marina area - Rouru

I really like this hote. Conveniently located next to the Mall of Emirates..great restuarant and bar and rooms are fantastic. I know its a bit pricey but you do pay for what you get! Lovely spar and good gym with adequete pool and great service. This has to be one of my favourites and when they have specials I am there in a flash - Karen

We stayed for three nights while travelling back to Australia at the start of September. The only way to describe the resort complex is magnificent. We hired a Junior Suite which included transfers and executive lounge access. The lounge had one of the most extravagant breakfasts I have come across, everything from quail eggs to camel milk porridge. The complementary evening drinks and afternoon tea was wonderful. The room was magnificent, the service perfect. This was a bit of a treat for - Jack

Stayed here in April 2009 (been meaning to write a review for ages). We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight from the UK, (9am) and were able to check in almost immediately. Our "classic" room on the 2nd floor was very large, had all the features I would expect from the Sheraton brand, and was perfect for a couple. We enjoyed all the facilites at the hotel, including the pool and gym. Staff service is OUTSTANDING!! - probably better than any 5* hotel I've stayed at. The be - Rachel
